The pictures are after a few hours of applying with a sponge and you can notice how my pores are obvious as well as dry spots where the foundation doesn't lay right. I was color matched in store and she did a perfect job! I love the feel of this foundation with one layer of coverage and the option to add more without if become too heavy.

BUT with the Real techniques sponge it blended out evenly and flawlessly!! And thank you Kelly Strack SO much girl for the recommendation of this foundation!! This product literally blends into my skin. This foundation and the matte one both just didn't work for me… not enough coverage to cover up my freckles and blemishes!! I tried multiple techniques using this foundation because surely it had to live up to the hype?! Every single time it immediately starts separating before I can even finish applying and looks so patchy no matter what.

I wanted to love it so bad and I will give it the extra stars because the shade match was so good for me, sadly I don't think I'll reach for it again :. I have combination skin and this applies so nice and smooth. It evens out my skin tone and feels like I'm not even wearing foundation at all. Plus, this is the best color match I've had in a long time! It's hydrated and didn't dry my skin much when I blend it out but I found when I left the foundation sits on my face before blending for awhile, it'd get harder to blend later on.

With that being said I had to blend it right away after applying it. This is a beautiful foundation that looks very natural when you put it on. I think the best way to apply it is with a damp sponge.

As much as I love this foundation I do not get to use it very often at all because it does cause my to breakout which is a bummer.

I wanted to love this based on all the good reviews, but within hours my sensitive skin reacted to this foundation.
